The Foundation is a 4-week 1:1 mentoring programme for people who are curious about working together but not yet ready to commit to a full 12-week journey. It gives you a clearer, more honest picture of where you are right now, what has been shaping your patterns, and what needs to shift, so that when you're ready to go deeper, you know exactly what you're stepping into.
We begin with your current reality. Your health and wellbeing, your habits, your context and your goals. From there, we start to identify the patterns that have been keeping you stuck and explore what a different approach could look like for you specifically.
A personalised summary of your current situation, your key patterns and a clear set of initial directions tailored to your life and context. A foundation to build on, whether that's through The RESPECT Method or independently.

The Growth is a flexible, ongoing mentoring programme designed for people who have already built a meaningful foundation, whether through The Respect Method or another serious personal development process, and want continued support to sustain it, deepen it and keep growing.
Two sessions a month gives you enough structure to stay accountable and enough space to integrate what's shifting in your life. It's not about starting over. It's about not standing still.
Duration is flexible and decided together based on where you are and what you need.
