The Foundation is a 1:1 coaching programme designed for those who want a clear, honest audit of their current reality before committing to a longer journey. We identify what has been shaping your patterns and what needs to shift, so you can move forward with intention.

The Process

We begin with your current reality: health, habits, and context. We identify the specific triggers keeping you stuck and map out a different approach tailored to your life.

The Outcome

A personalised summary of your situation, your key patterns and triggers, and a clear set of initial directions to build on, whether independently or through The Respect Method.

The Respect Method

A twelve-week 1:1 coaching programme to help you live more intentionally, in line with who you are and what genuinely matters to you.

Most approaches try to change behaviour without taking into account your context, your emotional patterns, your environment or the relationship you have with yourself. The Respect Method works with all of these.

We work across body, mind, emotions, environment, habits, relationships and decision-making to create changes that hold up in your real life, not just on paper.

This isn't about chasing perfection, extreme productivity or control. It's about building enough self-respect to create a life that doesn't ask you to abandon yourself just to keep going.

  • 12 x 60-minute weekly sessions
  • Pre-programme questionnaire

  • WhatsApp/email support Monday to Friday
  • Personalised strategy built around your reality

Each session starts from your actual week: the decisions you made, the challenges you faced, the patterns that showed up. The aim isn't to create dependency on the process, but to build the autonomy to sustain changes consistently.

The Growth

Ongoing support to protect your progress and sustain your evolution.

Research consistently shows that lasting lifestyle change is non-linear and requires ongoing support, particularly when life throws new challenges. Maintenance isn't a sign that the work wasn't done properly. It's a sign that you understand how change actually works.

The Growth is a flexible, ongoing coaching programme designed for those who have already built a meaningful foundation, whether through The Respect Method or another serious personal development process, and want continued support to sustain it, deepen it and keep growing.

Two sessions a month gives you enough structure to stay accountable and enough space to integrate life changes. It's not about starting over. It's about not standing still.
